Disney is In Trouble

Trying to make a reservation for November. 3 days of calling with busy signals. Finally got a line. 2:44 minutes on hold… Disney has been a great example of flow, feedback, and continuous learning. Now I think they’ve missed those principles in favor of the processes they built to support them.
